SkyWater Search Partners is working with a manufacturing company west of the Twin Cities metro looking to hire a Master Scheduling Leader. The manager in the role will:
• Manage master production schedule
• Lead team of 2 production schedulers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and leaders
• Manage various aspects of production scheduling and capacity planning within an ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
• Translating cross-functional demands
• Maintaining the Master Production Schedule
• Coordinating capacity planning efforts
• Communicating with production planning regarding changes
• Collaborating with value stream leaders to enhance efficiency
• Evaluating insource/outsource opportunities, optimizing internal system dependencies
• Collaborating with inventory control and SPB groups for forecasting and availability.
• Additionally, the role entails creating and maintaining build schedules and releasing orders to support production and service parts requirements.
Qualifications needed for the role include:
• Associate degree plus 4 years of relevant planning leadership experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant planning leadership experience
• Strong ERP experience
