- Oversee/Review CTC (Cost to Complete) monthly
- Oversee Construction Schedules
- Oversee Project Billing
- Coordinate Project Kick-off Meetings
- Attend Projects Meetings
- Oversee Project Documentation
- Oversee Project is capturing necessary Change Orders
- Work, support and assist Project Managers work through project Issues.
- One on One’s with your team monthly
- Maintain an Active Project Schedule weekly.
