This position is a pivotal member of the sales leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the inside sales manager is responsible for mentoring and leading a 12-person sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals. The Inside Sales Manager will set individual sales goals, analyze performance data, track and analyze sales statistics, and generate monthly sales reports.
With 300 employees across 11 locations nationwide, they need a hands-on, motivational leader to manage 12 direct reports, drive activity, and team performance.
The position is compensated with salary + bonus and full benefits. The role is on-site, 4 days a week.

The Marketing Leader will collaborate closely with the senior management team across all departments to generate proactive ideas and solutions that support sales and overall brand and communications needs. This individual will be responsible for establishing the strategy for the company’s brand positioning and presentation, as well as managing the distribution and maintenance of brand assets and standards across all channels.
This role will also work in tandem with both B2B and B2C sales, leads to plus up marketing strategies that foster customer loyalty, attract new customers, and drive sales. Additionally, this is a leadership position within the company, which involves providing high-level strategic guidance and managing an internal team member.
Qualities we’re looking for:
Exceptional organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
8+ years of experience in trade shows and digital marketing methods, including social media, email marketing, SEO, data & analytics, and content marketing.
