SkyWater Search Partners is looking for a Director of Construction and Project Management for a reputable and growing farming, agricultural and food production company here in Minnesota. This would be a full-time leadership opportunity with an organization that's been around for 70 years and has 5 locations in the Midwest.
This individual would have direct oversight of all new construction and renovation projects, leading Construction Superintendents and Project Managers. This role would also require quite a bit of R&D work for future potential projects, new markets and locations and overall road-mapping/strategizing.
