We have partnered with a well-respected regional healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Director of IT to oversee enterprise technology systems and infrastructure. This organization plays a critical role in its community, combining compassionate patient care with a forward-thinking approach to digital health innovation.
The Role:
The Director will lead all aspects of IT operations—including infrastructure, cybersecurity, EHR support, and digital platform modernization—ensuring secure, efficient, and patient-focused technology solutions. The position manages a small, skilled team and collaborates closely with clinical and administrative leaders to align technology with organizational goals.
Key Requirements:

Proven IT leadership experience in healthcare or a regulated environment

Strong background in VMware, Windows Server (2022+), NAS/SAN, and network design

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, risk assessments, and ITIL/ITSM best practices. Also, hands-on understanding of EHR support and systems administration
100-150k base + must be willing to be onsite daily
