SkyWater is excited to partner with a repeat client to find a high energy sales professional in the industrial distribution space. My client is a 35+ year old professional manufacturer firm who specializes in electrical components, PHA, HVAC, and couplings. I am working directly with the CEO to identify an Inside Sales Specialist.
They’ve been a huge player in their space for the better part of 40 years; their incredible reputation drives their continued growth, along with one of the best cultures. They are located in a beautiful office space in the western suburbs and have a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
My client is looking for a highly motivated sales engineer with exposure and understanding of the consultative sales process to join the inside sales team. This individual will be tasked to develop existing relationships, interact with both manufacturers and distributors, and efficiently manage multiple projects and assignments through completion.
This role has ample opportunity for career growth whether it be transitioning into an Outside Sales role or Management. Above market compensation includes salary, bonus, and generous benefits package.
