Manager- External Reporting

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA preferred, but not required

4–7 years of accounting experience

Solid understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and strong SEC reporting experience

A self-starter who’s eager to grow, contribute ideas, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Oversee and continually refine external reporting processes and internal controls, acting as the subject matter expert in all SEC reporting-related matters.
- Research, interpret, and document SEC disclosure requirements for complex or non-routine transactions, maintaining full compliance.
- Monitor and validate the effectiveness of internal controls related to external financial reporting.
- Provide timely, well-documented responses and support for external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual financial audit.
- Direct the preparation and quality review across 10-Q/K and 8-K filings to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.
- Collaborate across departments to collect and validate data required for financial disclosures.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, including SEC reporting experience
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial statements, and external SEC reporting requirements
- CPA preferred
