Manager SOX / Internal Controls
We are partnering with a long time global F500 company where we’ve placed several people under the CAO and know the culture well. They have a track record of developing talent and promoting people from this group into the business.
They are in the suburbs and operate in a hybrid 3x/week onsite environment.
We are looking for a collaborative problem solver as this role serves as an “internal consultant” to the business flexing on your sales / people skills to partner cross functionally.
Ideal candidate will be strong with business processes and have an understanding of IT controls with a public accounting foundation and/or strong industry experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- 7+ years of experience - Big4/Top 10 public accounting foundation
- Internal Audit Advisory or public accounting audit with large public clients
- CPA, CFE or CISA is highly desirable
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Excellent communication and ability to partner with executives
- Strong SOX/Controls understanding
