Market Access Marketing Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a pharmaceutical client to hire a fully remote Market Access Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will bring deep market access marketing experience across both strategy and execution, along with exposure to HCP and brand marketing.
This is a growing organization with a commercialized product, a strong pipeline, and solid market positioning. The role offers high visibility and meaningful growth opportunities within a collaborative culture. The compensation package includes a bonus, and equity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to build annual market access marketing brand strategies, outlining key priorities and tactics.
- Lead the development of impactful marketing assets, including payer value propositions, PIE decks, digital ads, brochures, formulary kits, and patient materials.
- Analyze payer trends, benchmark PSS programs, and apply health economic insights to shape value, pricing, and coverage strategy.
- Supervise and support the MLR review and approval process for promotional materials.
- Translate complex clinical and economic data into clear, persuasive messaging.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience, with background in U.S. market access/payer marketing.
- Demonstrated skill in simplifying complex clinical and economic evidence into persuasive messaging for payers and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to use market research and analytics to generate insights that inform strategy and business growth.
- Solid understanding of the U.S. reimbursement environment, payer dynamics, health economics, and formulary review processes.
- Experience in medical oncology preferred.
