Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, web, email, social media, and paid media.
- Ensure campaign messaging reflects the company’s values – quality, authenticity, reliability, and customer-first service.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand standards.
Budgeting & Performance
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to support strategic goals.
- Measure and report ROI on all marketing initiatives.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and present results, including revenue impact, customer engagement, and traffic, to senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a supportive, values-driven environment.
- Maintain and coordinate relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure cohesive cross-functional strategies.
Market Research & Brand Stewardship
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product or service growth.
- Maintain consistent, compelling brand messaging that reflects the company’s reputation for durable, American-made products and exceptional service.
- Support a workplace culture rooted in integrity, hard work, collaboration, and family-oriented values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and creative abilities, with a focus on developing innovative, value-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and best practices for lead generation and optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Understanding of website management and basic design/production workflows.

Please note, this role is onsite in Shakopee, MN five days a week – allowing this leader to collaborate closely with the team, stay connected to the product, and contribute directly to the company’s hands-on, people-first culture. While the position is fully onsite, the company values balance and understands that life happens. The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience.
