Minneapolis L&E Associate
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a strong law firm with their search for a Labor & Employment Associate to join its busy Minneapolis office. This role focuses on both employment litigation and counseling work, partnering closely with high-performing partners on a wide range of matters.
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in:
- Employment litigation (state and federal)
- Wage & hour, discrimination, and related defense work
- Providing day-to-day employment advice to clients
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
This opportunity offers a highly competitive salary ($225,000–$265,000 base), excellent benefits, and the chance to take a significant next step in a nationally respected Labor & Employment practice.
