SkyWater is partnering with a longstanding client to find a highly organized, and proactive Operations & HR Partner to elevate their employee experience and ensure their workplace runs with seamless efficiency. This primarily onsite role blends office management, operations, and human resources support to create an environment where employees can thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the flow of daily operations, managing everything from supply stocking and vendor relationships to building communications and the overall upkeep of common spaces.
  • Ensure meetings run seamlessly, guests feel welcomed, and internal events, team gatherings, and celebrations are thoughtfully planned and executed
  • Coordinate travel for global staff visiting the U.S., support hybrid and remote work logistics, and maintain the functionality of shared resources such as Wi-Fi, printers, and meeting rooms.
  • Manage office expenses, planning event budgets, and ensuring operational costs stay on target. Find opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce helpful tools or systems, and collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Operations to keep processes aligned and efficient.
  • Support HR operations, including maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS, supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics, and assisting with employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and internal communication efforts.
  • Support compliance by helping communicate policies, safety procedures, and workplace guidelines. Manage DocuSign workflows for MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
  • Across all responsibilities, provide reliable administrative support to HR and leadership, helping enhance the overall employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack is important, as is the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort interacting across all levels, and experience managing vendors, facilities needs, and event coordination in a small-team environment.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed is essential.
