Operations Leader
We’re working with burgeoning trading firm looking for an Operations Leader with a finance or trading background to join their close-knit team. Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll play a pivotal role in the firm’s expansion, steering the company through this exciting growth phase.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm, aligning them with the latest market trends and trading activities. Your hands-on approach will be crucial as you develop and implement strategies to boost operational efficiency. You’ll need to navigate through ambiguity with a strategic mindset, ready to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
An ideal candidate will have a robust background in finance or trading, demonstrating your ability to proactively solve problems and take on challenges directly.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory, shaping not only operations but also their future in the trading industry by building a strong technical team.
This is an onsite position (4 times a week in the office) and cannot support visa sponsorship at this time.
