As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cover a multi-state territory, presenting their precision machinery solutions to various industries. They compensate well through a competitive base salary plus bonus along with benefits.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on leading OEM’s and potential national accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of outside sales experience of driving net new business and developing relationships.
- Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably selling to leading OEM’s.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- The ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is highly preferred.
