Paralegal
A publicly traded company headquartered in the Western Suburbs is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16 filings, and proxy statements.

Maintain corporate records, subsidiary management, and other entity compliance requirements.

Work with internal departments and outside counsel on securities law, compliance, and disclosure matters.

Provide general legal support on contracts, compliance initiatives, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably within a public company or law firm setting.

Direct experience with SEC filings and reporting obligations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
