Programmatic Media Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a Programmatic Media Supervisor to help shape media strategies across various programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk and DV360. If you have a passion for results and bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in buying, planning, and reporting within an agency, we’d love to hear from you!
Experience with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube would definitely be a bonus! If you’re excited about driving results, unleashing your creativity, and growing alongside a wonderful team of leaders, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Additional Responsibilities:
Programmatic Buying & QA:
- Take charge of budgets and create clear, data-driven reports that guide strategy and boost results.
- Keep an eye on campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance key metrics.
- Foster continuous improvement by experimenting with new tactics, creative ideas, and platforms to achieve the best possible performance.
- Collaborate with media strategy teams to lead engaging discussions on strategy and buying with DSP partners for clients.
Thought Leadership:
- Share valuable campaign insights with clients to help them succeed.
- Explore opportunities and craft informative documents on the digital media landscape and best practices.
- Set up and participate in meetings with media representatives to strengthen partnerships.
We’re looking for someone to join the team on-site three days a week at the agency’s downtown Minneapolis headquarters. The target base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on your experience.
