SkyWater Search Partner is assisting a reputable midsize Chicago law firm with its search for a real estate associate. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of complex transactions, including sales and acquisitions, title and survey review, financing, joint ventures, and land use and development. A JD from an accredited law school is required. At least 2+ years of law firm experience is highly preferred.
