SkyWater is partnering with an industry leading capital equipment manufacturer within the glass industry.  Their tools are designed & manufactured in the United States and are used in manufacturing plants throughout the world.

Their team is looking to add a proven Regional Sales Manager that can take their business to the next level.   This individual will be responsible for managing existing relationships within their Western U.S. territory, driving incremental sales with current customers, developing new business opportunities to grow revenue, and providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.

An ideal candidate for this position possesses a background in capital equipment sales, has a proven track record of meeting & exceeding revenue targets, and is capable of managing a large geographical territory with a go-getter attitude.

  • Manage existing accounts within the territory and drive incremental revenue with customers
  • Prospect, qualify, and conduct sales presentations to earn net-new business for the company
  • Develop a clear understanding of your designated market and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Attend national and regional trade shows to help promote the product to prospective customers
  • Report, track and manage relevant sales activity and data in CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the territory during the week + overnight stays

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ of B2B sales experience selling capital equipment
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding annual revenue targets
  • Strong history of building customer relationships within a large territory
  • Effective skillset with business tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, CRM, etc.
  • Technical acumen with experience within the glass industry is preferred
