Regional Sales Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a well-established, reputable manufacturing company headquartered in Minnesota. Their incredible reputation in the industry stems from producing innovative, dependable, and high-performing products primarily in the HVAC and exterior remodeling space.
Their team is looking to add a dynamic Regional Sales Manager that will play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of their South-Central region. This individual will be responsible for expanding new + existing relationships within their territory, managing a team of individual sales representatives, and exceeding revenue targets set by the organization.

Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities in the area based on the needs of the market
- Manage, train, and develop a team of outside sales representatives to expand market territory
- Report, track and manage relevant sales activity and data in CRM
- Exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets set by the organization
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and increase revenue YOY
- Expand knowledge on industry trends to capitalize on changes and opportunities in the market
- Ability to travel within their specified territory throughout the week including overnights
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or another related field
- Bachelor’s degree with a Business, Management, or another related focus
- Strong history of building customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets
- Knowledgeable in using CRM tools used for forecasting, tracking, and reporting sales metrics
- Excellent communication and computer skills
