With an expanding clientele and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager covering the East Coast territory.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cover a multi-state territory on the East Coast, presenting their precision machinery solutions to various industries. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
  • Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably selling to dealers, OEM, and distribution sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% within the respective territory.
