Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice
Our client is a local manufacturer with nearly 100 years of rich history and success. An innovative leader within manufacturing and technology, they have provided solutions to many industries: foodservice, retail, government, and others.
To facilitate continued growth, they are partnering with SkyWater to find a Regional Sales Manager for their foodservice division. This individual will be driving sales efforts through trusted rep groups throughout the central US. The ideal candidate has experience selling equipment or products through rep groups into restaurants and food chains.
A leader for the company, this Regional Sales Manager will be hands-on with their rep groups for sales outreach as they build out an already successful territory. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy strategizing and building out new sales plans, and can drive business, this is a great opportunity for you.
They offer competitive base salary of $110k+, strong bonus plan, and full benefits.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop sales plan to reach revenue targets
- Hands-on driving of direct and indirect sales channels
- Traveling to land business, assessing current or prospective customer needs
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience selling within foodservice required
- Prior rep group management experience
- Sales presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial business-driving mindset
