Sales Representative
SkyWater is partnering with a market leading sanitation and climate control company headquartered here in the Twin Cities. With a wide range of specialty offerings, they’re able to cater to incredibly diverse audiences providing an endless supply of opportunities to develop relationships and help grow their business.
Their team is looking to add a Sales Representative that can deliver results and is someone that thrives working in a team atmosphere. Their ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual that is capable of driving new business, managing an existing book of business, cross-selling, upselling, and brings a positive “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business to exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
- Generate new sales opportunities in the market via cold calling, emails, in-person meetings, etc.
- Create sales presentations, submit customer quotes, follow-up and close new business deals
- Develop long-lasting relationships with current and future customers
- Work cross-functionally in a team atmosphere to ensure the needs of clients are met
- Provide exceptional customer service
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience – ideally in construction industry or a related field
- Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team player
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a great driving record
- Ability to travel up to 20% in the local region
