We are looking for a relationship-driven sales executive to manage strategic accounts and penetrate new markets. The Sales Executive is a trusted advisor to our B2B group leaders and buyers. This is a pivotal role that will be accomplished by someone who is experienced and proactive in this capacity. This individual must be ambitious, possess great people skills, and have an attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for current and prospective accounts that support the short- and long-term company and account goals. 

The position comes with an above-market base salary, uncapped commissions, plus the opportunity for exciting and exotic travel!

Responsibilities

  • Meet with current top clients & strategic accounts regularly
  • Develop strategic plans with top clients for market share growth
  • Identify and develop high value prospect accounts
  • Professional and polished demeaner

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-10 years' experience in B2B Sales, Account Management
  • Confident, charismatic, natural relationship builder that establishes trust and rapport with B2B group leaders and buyers
  • Proven track record of ability to gain face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers
  • Strong communication and follow up skills
  • Professional and polished demeaner
