Senior Accountant
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in managing accounting activities for a growing, acquisitive organization. This position offers exposure to complex accounting challenges, technical projects, and collaboration with senior finance leaders across multiple entities. The role provides the opportunity to be a strong individual contributor while also partnering with colleagues across a broad portfolio of businesses. This role is fully-remote position (MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO) with occasional quarterly travel!
Responsibilities
- 2-4 years of Big4 Public Accounting - Audit
- Technical accounting skillset (purchase accounting, debt transactions, ASC 805/606/470
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
- Clients in the Commercial or Professional Services space
