Senior Data Analyst
We have been engaged by an innovative manufacturing client to help them bring on a seasoned Data Analyst. In this Senior Data Analyst position you will report to the VP of Strategic Operations and be responsible for analyzing data across the organization. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset that has the business acumen / polish to work with a varied audience and help mentor other analysts on best practices. To be successful in this role you will need a proven history of not only doing monthly + quarterly reports, but also more complex data analysis for forecasting trends, ad-hoc reports, and predictive analytics.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of professional experienced paired with a BS in Data Science, Finance, Business Administration; a MS degree would be a plus
- Ability to help standardize best practices for data analysis, help with automation where possible and improving performance + processes
- Experience with SQL, Python, R
- Strong data visualization knowledge using Power BI or Tableau
- Keen attention to detail and initiative-taker mentality
- Background working within a manufacturing / product environment is desirable
