Senior Director of Information Technology
SkyWater Search has partnered with a global manufacturing and distribution organization seeking a hands-on Senior IT leader to oversee their U.S. technology team and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
This role will set strategic direction across core IT functions (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP, Applications, Data, and Integrations) while leading a high-performance team and serving as a member of senior leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth in manufacturing/distribution environments with proven leadership, budgeting, and vendor management experience.
Must be willing to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN 4–5 days/week.

Responsibilities
Lead IT strategy and execution across cybersecurity, applications, data, and infrastructure. Align IT processes and technology with business priorities. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and departmental budgets. Serve on the senior leadership team, driving cross-functional technology initiatives. Develop and mentor IT staff, fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years IT leadership experience (2+ in manufacturing/supply chain environments). Strong knowledge of ERP, integrations, and IT operations. Proven ability to manage large budgets and enterprise projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
