Senior Director / VP Finance
We are partnering exclusively with the CFO of a PE-backed, tech enabled healthcare organization to stand up a world class finance function as they continue to scale the business. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor to define and build process, be creative, and work with a strong CFO and ELT team who are supportive, growth-minded, and love to mentor.
Strong financials as they are experience 30% YOY growth with EBITDA currently approaching $30M.
This is a remote first environment with preference and candidates sitting in Chicago.
Responsibilities
Translate value creation plan into actionable insights across the business Build annual budgeting, drive based forecasting and enhance current processes and reporting Act as business partner across all areas of the business

12+ years of experience Strong financial modeling experience Previous experience building process and procedures
