We have partnered with a leading experiential agency on their search for a Senior Designer with deep expertise in activations, pop-ups, live events, and retail experiences. This is a high-impact role for a designer who loves bringing bold concepts to life – someone who can turn blank space into immersive brand environments that captivate audiences and drive engagement.

This position is remote-friendly and ideal for a designer who is energized by collaboration, big ideas, and turning insight into unforgettable brand moments.

The Role

As Senior Designer, you will lead the conceptual and visual development of experiential campaigns across live, hybrid, and retail environments. You’ll partner closely with account, and production teams to bring ideas from concept through execution, ensuring every detail ladders back to audience connection and business impact.

This role calls for both conceptual strength and executional rigor. Ideal for a designer who loves building, sketching, visualizing, prototyping, and refining ideas from the ground up and who is excited to work in a nimble, entrepreneurial agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Creative Leadership

  • Lead design for brand activations, retail pop-ups, and immersive event environments.

  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling spatial and visual experiences.

  • Develop innovative concepts that create emotional resonance and drive engagement.

  • Present and articulate creative rationale clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work cross-functionally with producers, account leads and creative team member. 

  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers.

  • Contribute to a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in experiential design, brand activations, live events, or retail environments.

  • Demonstrated experience designing retail activations or multi-location brand experiences.

  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging directly with clients.

    This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel for site visits, client meetings, and live event execution. The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience and portfolio strength.
