Senior Financial Analyst- HYBRID
We’re excited to be partnering with a long-time client as they continue to grow their finance team! This global, publicly traded company has been a leader in its industry for more than a century, with consistent year-over-year growth and even more expansion on the horizon as they move into 2026. In this role, you’ll have high visibility across the business, work closely with leadership, and be a trusted partner in delivering the financial insights that steer strategy and impact decisions.
Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities metro- this is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 remote days)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (required)
- MBA or CPA (preferred, not required)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with ERP and BI tools a plus
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide actionable insights
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience supporting marketing and R&D teams
