Senior Front End Developer
My longtime client is hiring for a talented Senior Front End Developer. In this full time position, you will be joining an experienced team that takes pride in crafting beautiful, high preforming web applications in a collaborative work environment. Over the years we have placed more than dozen people at this company across multiple disciplines, and they have a strong track record of hiring solid talent and they have many long tenured employees. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js
- Testing your code with Cypress / Jest (moving Playwright)
- Take UX/UI designs and make them into clean, accessible, production-ready code
- Optimize for performance, scalability, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate front-end components with APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Evaluate technical paths / decisions with team members, participate in code reviews, ongoing improvements
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of modern front end development experience with expertise in React and Next.js
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent in lieu of a degree
- Passion for learning and staying current with tech trends
- Ability to work with backend teams, marketing, strong soft skills to collaborate
