Senior Manager of Technical Accounting/M&A | Hybrid
I’m partnering with a global, publicly traded organization headquartered in Chicago that’s looking to add a Senior Manager of Technical/M&A to their growing corporate accounting team!
This is a high-visibility role supporting complex transactions, M&A activity, joint ventures, and technical accounting projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a Big 4 background and strong GAAP/SEC technical foundation who’s ready to step into a leadership position with executive exposure and room to grow. This company is known for their “rotational nature” between business sectors – so various areas you can get exposed to if you’d want to pivot out of Technical into Corporate Accounting/FP&A!
Ideal Background:
• 7-8 years of Big 4 public accounting + technical accounting
• Experience w/ complex accounting topics – Business Combinations, Mergers/JV, ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 830, ASC 470
• Candidates from Accounting Advisory are highly desirable
• CPA Required
