Service Operations Manager

Oversee service office operations, customer relations, communicate product improvements with Project Managers and purchasing, responsible for growth of department.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and improve service activities
  • Provide support and guidance to lead service technicians
  • Be a point person to streamline communication between foremen, supervisors, project managers, drafters, and other employees
  • Forecast growth and vision for service department

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of experience in related field- preferably mechanical, plumbing or electrical service
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • 5 years of field service management
  • Promote process improvement with a proven track record of process improvement achievements
