Social Media Manager, Influence 

We’ve partnered with a social-first agency in their search for a Social Media Manager with a focus on Influencer management and strategy. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, managing creator relationships, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of campaign assets and results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously. This role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support broader marketing initiatives. Experience or interest in gaming culture is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Creator Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns with minimal supervision.

  • Manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management.

  • Brief creators and provide clear, actionable feedback on content and deliverables.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with campaign guidelines and delivered on time.

  • Monitor performance and ensure campaign deliverables meet agreed-upon expectations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams across content, strategy, and analytics to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals.

  • Communicate campaign updates, challenges, and results to relevant stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Market Awareness

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across contracts, deliverables, and reports.

  • Stay current on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

  • Provide relevant updates on specific verticals or cultural spaces, such as gaming (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital campaign management.

  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing creator relationships.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and the creator/influencer landscape.
