Software Solutions Architect (On-Site – Columbus, OH)
SkyWater Search Partners has partnered with a growing tech consulting firm to hire a Senior Software Architect for a high-impact project with enterprise-scale applications for one of the U.S.’s largest banks. This role is focused on designing and building scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding technical strategy for complex systems.
The position offers the opportunity to work on modern architectures using React, Python, CockroachDB, and big data frameworks like DAG/Apache Spark, delivering high-performance solutions for large-scale environments.
The position is fully onsite in Columbus, Ohio (local candidates only), transitioning to fully remote afterward as you continue contributing to other projects.

Desired Skills and Experience
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Extensive experience with Python for back-end development and automation
- Familiarity with distributed databases such as CockroachDB
- Knowledge of big data processing frameworks, including DAG/Apache Spark.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Must be local to Columbus, Ohio and not require any sponsorship.
