Sr. Design Engineer
We are partnering with a Manufacturing company based out of the Sioux Falls area that is looking to hire a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. This is a company that does direct-to-consumer sales, and is one of only two companies in the US that can sell their products this way. They have grown by 30% year over year, and are looking to add a Sr. Engineer to come in and help with New Product Launches.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and design projects to develop new products and improve upon existing
- Develop new product design based on research and data analysis
- Define the scope and timeline of each project.
- Identify opportunities through cost reduction
- Manage projects from conception through completion
- Collaborate with internal departments
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of Mechanical/Design Engineering experience.
- CAD Modeling background.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
