Sr. Human Resources Generalist
SkyWater Search Partners is engaged with a local construction company on an exciting Sr. HR Generalist search. The role is part of a small team, and will primarily be supporting corporate and campus recruiting. The position is located in Burnsville and will report into the Human Resources Manager.
The client is a nationally acclaimed, civil construction company with several regional offices spanning from the Midwest to the west coast. This role will require traveling primarily during peak recruiting seasons.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Full-cycle recruiting for corporate or professional roles

- Ability to work with hiring managers to understand talent needs and execute on recruiting strategies
