Sr. Inside Sales Representative
SkyWater is partnering with a fast-growing industrial packaging company located in the Minneapolis area. They have provided top quality packaging and end-of-line automation solutions to various industries for nearly 50 years.
They are looking to add a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to focus on one of their key verticals. This individual would be growing current key accounts while following up on warm leads. Selling mainly into agriculture, this role would also expand business into construction and pharmaceutical spaces.
This is a pivotal role suited for someone excited to grow their sales career, develop territories, and engage clients with refined presentation skills. They compensate well through base salary + bonus and offer a strong benefits package. Compensation starts at $75k+.
Responsibilities
- Sales and account management
- Cross-functional work with Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing
- Customer interfacing and management of sales inquiries
- Up-to-date knowledge of product and industry
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of customer interaction, service, or sales experience
- Technical experience within fluid power or manufacturing preferred
- Reading engineered design drawings is a plus
- Ability to navigate SalesForce as a CRM system
- Personable and great communication skills
