Position Overview: We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, implementing lean methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost overall productivity.

  2. Lean Manufacturing: Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, streamlining operations and eliminating bottlenecks in the production process.

  3. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

  4. New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the integration of new products into the manufacturing process, collaborating with design and production teams for seamless implementation.

  5. Tooling and Equipment: Evaluate, recommend, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment to enhance production capabilities.

  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality control, to address manufacturing challenges and implement effective solutions.

  7. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

  8. Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  9. Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize production costs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing engineering.
  3. Proficiency in the application of lean manufacturing principles.
  4. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Effective communication and leadership abilities
