Sr. Project Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a growing medical device contract manufacturer who’s looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team! The Sr. PM will sit on the Research & Development (R&D) team and will lead complex development projects. This includes working directly with customers on projects, leading internal team members throughout project lifecycles, and keeping projects on budget & on-time to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects at a time while managing project budgets & timelines.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout project lifecycles and develop & grow client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams on new project intake meetings to validate project requirements.
- Lead cross-functional team members on projects and coordinate with internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Participate in project design & phase reviews.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience (or combination of relevant experience).
- 3+ years of experience working in medical device or contract manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
