Sr. Workday Manager
SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with one of our best clients, a growing $5b global manufacturer, on a Sr. HRIS Manager (Workday) search. The Sr. HRIS Manager (Workday) will be responsible for the strategy, administration, design, and optimization of Workday and related reporting, driving strategic enhancements to improve employee experience and automation. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, this role will lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and support for career development while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate has a wealth of experience in Workday including: people leadership, strategic planning, configuration, testing, design, module implementation, and vendor management. Moreover, they exhibit strong collaborative and communication skills, actively engaging with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
