Staff Accountant — IPO
Come join a quickly expanding organization set to go through an IPO in 1-2 years. We are looking for a staff accountant to join the corporate controllership team of a long-time SkyWater client — this role will be focused on operational accounting, FP&A, cross-partnership with operations, and c-suite partnership.
This reports directly to someone we placed in the organization — they have already been promoted and are continuing to build their team. If you want to be CFO or Controller one day this is the perfect role for you.
Ideal candidates have foundations in public accounting (audit) and their CPA certification or experience in PE-backed organizations.
