Strategic Finance Manager
Have you ever wanted to be right-hand to a CFO and help lead 100x growth over the next 5 years? This is an opportunity to work directly under a CFO with a track-record of scaling/building businesses and be a strategic advisor across the organization.
This hire will be responsible for complex FP&A/Financial Analysis for a heavily acquisitive organization — scope of this role includes M&A, process and system implementation, strategic decision support, and defining key business drivers/levers to continue to push forward growth.
Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of FP&A experinece, ideally in PE-backed or high-growth environments. Strong modeling, business partnering, and team management are strongly preferred.
This role is hybrid, 2-3x per week on site in Downtown Chicago.
