SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with an existing manufacturing client to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their evolving HR team. This role will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for exempt-level recruiting as well as mentoring and guiding a small team. The client is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven TA leader that can blend hands-on recruiting with system optimization and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned TA professional who will partner with executives and strengthen the organization’s talent strategy. 

This role will be fully onsite throughout a 6-month onboarding period and will then have the opportunity to pivot to a hybrid work model. 

Responsibilities

  • Improve existing and develop new recruiting strategies based on data, trends and current technologies
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer negotiations
  • Manage and support a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Build and maintain strong and consultative relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of strategic talent acquisition experience
  • Highly proficient in strategic recruiting initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications
