Responsibilities
- Business acquisition and entity structuring
- Multi-state and stock option planning
- Cash flow assessments and capital retention strategies
- Succession planning and retirement funding
- Estate planning, charitable gifting, and trust structures
- Real estate and risk management strategies
- Asset protection and long-term wealth transfer planning
- Helping clients navigate complex tax changes and regulatory updates
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA with 3–5 years of tax experience
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Someone who wants to build client relationships and grow within a firm
- Long-term interest in taking on more responsibility and potentially stepping into ownership
