SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a rapidly growing, tech-enabled tax advisory firm to hire a Tax Supervisor. This is a fully remote role with a forward-thinking company that delivers high-touch tax solutions to closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and investors.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2–4 tax associates; manage workflow, client communications, and provide technical guidance
- Review complex tax returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy and compliance
- Meet directly with clients to provide proactive tax planning and consultation
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and stay current with changing regulations
- Help develop internal best practices and training resources for the broader team
Desired Skills and Experience
- CPA or EA, designation required
- 7+ years of experience with S-corp, partnership, and individual tax returns
- 2+ years managing tax staff or team
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. tax code and a passion for continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills and client presence
