Technical Support – AV (Twin Cities)
SkyWater is partnering with a local Audio & Video company to help them find their next Support Specialist. This person will be joining a smaller team & reporting to the Customer Care Manager.
This persona will be working with other employees inside of the company to assist in product integration, conduct demos at larger events & installations. You will need to know the in’s & out’s of the AV space a long with working with tools such as Cisco, CRM (any), and conferencing platforms. This is not just a systems or network, but an all around technical support position focused in the AV space.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Motivated to learn & grow in a professional work environment.
- Be on-site full time.
- CRM experience.
- Sales/account management experience would be a bonus.
