We are partnering with a growing renewable energy independent power producer successfully developing over 1GW of renewable energy projects in the US. This company is well-capitalized and growing at a strong and steady rate. They are looking to hire a Title Specialist to assist with title work and real estate transactions.
Looking for candidates with strong experience in commercial closings, title searches, title surveys, chain of title, public records, and/or surface ownership rights.
This company operates like a closely-knit family with a strong company culture. The role is based out of the western suburbs and is a full-time in-office opening.
