Total Rewards Manager
SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged on a new Total Rewards Manager role for a mid-size, global company. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to to the VP of HR. This role will have direct oversight to a team of 5, supporting benefits, payroll and compensation for the North American employees.
Responsibilities
- Full-scope of benefits responsibilities including administration and enhancement recommendations
- Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Manage the open enrollment process
- Review market data to ensure completive compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management
- 5+ years of dedicated total rewards experience
- Ability and experience supporting open enrollment activities
- Previous experience leading a team
