Treasury Associate
SkyWater is partnering with a long standing client of ours, a publicly traded distribution company, to help them find their next Treasury Associate! This role is open due to a retirement and will be reporting to the Treasury Manager who is a great leader. We are looking for someone with strong professionalism and communication skills who has some previous experience identifying inappropriate spend and has worked in a transactional environment.
Our client has a fantastic company culture that they are very proud of! They operate on an extremely hybrid schedule- only being in the office ONE day a week!
***Candidate’s must be local to the Twin Cities market***
Responsibilities
- Provide and process the applications for the Travel and Expense Card and the Fleet Fuel Card.
- Administer the Corporate Card Program in our bank and Concur
- On a monthly basis, audits corporate card spend and expense report transactions for policy compliance and fraud and discretely escalates non-compliance to management and fraud program
- Provides timely and daily processing of payment and EDI interfaces, when necessary
- Research past due payments, reconciliation issues and other payment related inquiries and escalate to management, if necessary
- Compiles spending reports and work with treasury to optimize cash flow
- Supports audit and compliance requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or other related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel (pivot tables, standard formulas - vlookup, etc)
- Experience with SAP and Concur preferred
