As a trusted advisor, you will ensure the Audit Committee and senior management receive independent, objective assurance regarding the effectiveness of the company’s governance, risk management, and internal control processes. This role is key to enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting the company’s long-term growth and profitability.
We are seeking an effective leader with a strong understanding of GAAP, SEC, PCAOB, and SOX requirements, and a proven track record of managing teams and projects while effectively engaging with all levels of an organization.
